Discovery finally reached the edge of the Milky Way. Meanwhile, two members of the close-knit team still work in opposition to Captain Michael Burnham’s (Sonequa Martin-Green) and the United Federation of Planets’ goals, Cleveland “Book” Booker (David Ajala) and Ruon Tarka (Shawn Doyle). Up until now, DISCO fans have only been told that Tarka is driven by unimaginable loss. But this week, an extended flashback sequence showing Tarka’s tragic relationship with another scientist named Oros, played by The Flash‘s Osric Chau, is the driving force behind his desire to find the Dark Matter Anomaly’s power source.
